SHIPPING

After an order has been received in our system, a processing time of 1 to 2 business days is required to review the order. Shipments are sent using United States Postal Service as a First Class, Priority, or Priority Express Mail package (depending upon customer’s preference). Shipping times are dependent on location from our main warehouse and fulfillment center located in Miami, Florida. Typical shipping times may vary from 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday) after processing times, this does not include any potential for inclement weather, holidays, or backorders. We ask that you please inquire with your location legislation before submitting your order.

If a backorder takes place, we will do our best to notify you of the backorder and provide the estimated next shipment date. Orders marked completed will be given tracking information in a form of an email that is sent automatically to you. Please check your spam inbox if you do not receive this tracking information or you may write to info@hempxtra.com.

Return and Refund Policy

 No store(s) will process any type of returns. If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to make a return we will evaluate your case. Please contact our team at customerservice@hempxtra.com within 5 days of receiving your CBD product(s). All sales are final. Our team will help to process a possible store credit only. We may accept returns of products only in their original, unopened/unsealed condition(s), no return on any personal item(s). We do not cover any return shipping costs. *ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO REFUNDS ONLY POSSIBLE STORE CREDITS UPON CASE EVALUATION.
